The latest single from Dissonants offers something a little more mellow than we might be used to, but still with the band’s signature post hardcore riffage.

Slamming straight into a fast-paced wall of sound and gently fading into an atmospheric verse, ‘Forget To Forgive’ grips you instantly. Reece Hayton’s vocals soar high above a cacophony moody yet melodic guitars and hard-hitting drums, achingly singing about the disparity between the people who suffer and the politicians who don’t play by the rules.

There’s a definite early Hands Like Houses vibe to the track overall, giving you peaks and troughs of intense emotion that are sure to hook you in from the first listen alone – leaving you to hit replay as soon as it’s done.

An instant classic that’s sure to be on heavy rotation upon its release, check out the single and accompanying video below.
