Being two months away from releasing a brand new full-length album, The Land Is Your Landfill, punk rock group The Homeless Gospel Choir are ready to shatter our hearts just in time for Valentine’s Day. ‘Young And In Love’, released with an accompanying fun and quirky lyric video, combines distorted 90’s guitar riffs with cathartic lyrics sound like a hopeless cry of despair but also a sign of relief.
Following a difficult period, Zanetti has found solace within writing more purgative songs as well as the comfort he has found in the community of the punk scene, so we can expect more of his crafty lyricism alongside an uplifting shift in the melodies in the new music to come. ‘Young And In Love’ will have you immediately belting out the chorus and the infections whoa-oh's - it’s your perfect heartbreak anthem.
